Cory Kravit

Cory Kravit is the managing broker of Spanish River Realty, Inc.  As a native of Boca Raton, Florida, he has played a key role in the rapid development of South Florida as a real estate attorney and real estate agent.  Cory’s network and legal experience in commercial and ultra-luxury residential properties offers a remarkably rare asset to his brokerage clientele.

Cory graduated with honors from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law.  At the University of Florida, Cory was a member of Florida Blue Key and was awarded the William G. Cross Leadership Award. At Stetson University, Cory was awarded the Student Bar Association Student of the Year Award and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his commitment to the Youth Court program.

Cory served on the City of Boynton Beach Planning and Development Advisory Board and as the President of the Palm Beach County Gator Club which was recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Gator Clubs, in part, for raising over $250,000 in scholarships for graduating high school seniors from Palm Beach County.

In his free time, Cory enjoys walking his dogs, boating with his family and taking his daughter to Florida Panthers hockey games.

Marie Garcia

Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate

Marie Garcia is a real estate sales associate with Spanish River Realty, Inc.  She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is fluent in Spanish. In addition to real estate sales, Marie’s experience as a real estate paralegal provides her unique insight into the process and procedures of condominiums and homeowner associations and maintains valuable relationships with their management companies. Marie is very passionate about her career in real estate and has considerable knowledge of the South Florida area, which allows her to handle the needs of her clients prior, during and after the home buying or selling process. She prides herself to provide her clients with the upmost dedication, trustworthiness, and knowledge in the real estate market.

In her free time, Marie enjoys her time with her husband boating and fishing, bicycling, and taking their four-legged son, Boss to the park and beach.

Susanna Degirmencian

Susanna Degirmencian was born in Armenia and currently lives in Boca Raton, FL. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury and pre-construction real estate throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Lighthouse Point, and Fort Lauderdale.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Susanna is no exception. She spent most of her life in Massachusetts, where she wore many hats as a businesswoman, including home flipping for several years and owning numerous commercial properties. Her eye for space and design is an asset for buyers who want to envision the potential of a space and fully understand how it can be transformed into their dream home. In addition, Susanna is an entrepreneur in the medical spa industry for over ten years, having owned the largest medical spa chain in Massachusetts. Her go-getter attitude and diverse background of experiences lend her a unique edge as an agent, and she is excited to contribute her expertise to the South Florida community.

Jeremey Morgado

Specializing in assisting buyers locate and acquire high end properties, he has an impressive track record of delivering superior results for each client he serves.  From new construction to resales, Jeremy has closed multiple multi million dollar transactions.  
In addition to real estate, Jeremy is also a Boca Raton based business owner of over 25 years.  Jeremy has a very strong presence within the Boca Raton community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Boca Raton Historical Preservation Board and is actively involved with numerous local charities. With his broad business background and local connections, Jeremy helps make every real estate transaction as seamless and efficient as possible. Gisela Jreige

Gisela is a real estate sales associate with Spanish River Realty, Inc. She was born in Venezuela with Lebanese roots. In 2013 she emigrated with her family to Chile for 4 years. After this experience, she moved to the United States.

In addition to real estate sales, Gisela´s previous experience was in the corporate world with different multinational food companies. Her marketing corporate knowledge leads her to offer a very professional and minucius service in Real Estate to give her clients the tranquility that all details are covered.

Having the opportunity to live in different countries allows Gisela to understand Latin American Clients and their needs and concerns when acquiring a home for investment or their Home. She is fluent in Spanish and Arabic.

Alexandra Bader

Alexandra has been in sales, most of her lengthy career. Having owned two retail stores outside Philadelphia, as well as a children’s consignment shop that was written up in the Wall Street Journal and featured on many television shows, Alex is a woman passionate about customer service and will focus all her attention on the sale or your purchase of the ultimate dream home. “I don’t use lock boxes. I am there to stage and greet each prospective buyer to ensure that the property is showcased properly.” Your satisfaction from the beginning to the end of each transaction is paramount. Alex has lived all around the world and is fluent in French and basic Italian. She understands that it’s the smallest attention to details that will ensure her clients receive a memorable sales or purchase experience.

Sherri Bernhardt

Sherri Bernhardt is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and moved to South Florida in 2017.  She took an early retirement from Pfizer, Inc. where she worked for 15 years prior.  Although she has been an accountant most of her life and she loves spreadsheets, she also enjoys people, therefore being a Real Estate Agent was the perfect answer for her future.   After falling in love with South Florida, she and her husband bought a condo on A1A, overlooking the Intracoastal and the ocean.  She voluntarily assists her current condo association by creating spreadsheets for them on an as needed basis and is very active in her community.  She is a very detail oriented person and a great team player.  She would be a valuable asset to anyone looking to sell or purchase properties in the area.
